Conditions of Participation

Information about participation:

• The customer enters the requested personal data on the back of the loyalty card. When purchasing a dry food bag within the permitted sizes, the respective specialist retailer will confirm the purchase. This is done by entering the date, the product purchased and a signature/stamp in the fields provided.
• The promotion applies to the packaging sizes dog 1.5kg to 12kg (dry food and soft) and cat 1.5kg to 7kg (dry food).
• If the customer switches between packaging sizes, he or she is not entitled to the larger unit as a free bag.
• The customer can switch between the flavor varieties within a range: mac
  Range 1: MAC ’s cat dry
  – Range 2: MAC ’s dog Mono dry
  – Range 3: MAC ’s dog soft

Receipt of the free bag:

• The customer is entitled to a free bag as soon as he has purchased MAC 's dry food or soft ten times under the aforementioned conditions.
• If the customer switches between Range 1, 2 or 3, a free bag from the lowest range that the customer purchased within the loyalty card promotion will be given.
• If a customer switches between the different mac in a range, the cheapest flavor is provided to them as a free bag. If higher-priced varieties are represented more than 5 times, he is also entitled to this as a free bag. 
• The customer must acknowledge receipt of the free bag accordingly on the loyalty card.

Eligibility:  

• Natural persons aged 18 and over who reside in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate.

Information for specialist dealers:

• Every ten purchases must be tracked according to the table on the loyalty card.
• If a free bag is handed out, the specialist retailer sends the corresponding receipt with the completely filled out loyalty card to Pro Pet Koller GmbH or hands it over to the field service.
• Once processed, the free goods issued will be replaced with the specialist retailer’s next order.

Data protection:

• The customer data will not stored, passed on to uninvolved parties or used for advertising purposes.
