To further emphasize the sustainability of our products, our product development team has focused intensively on improving their CO2 footprint. Several processes in production and logistics have been optimized, resulting in significant CO2 savings . This, of course, is contingent upon maintaining the highest product quality.
Our products impress with the finest food-grade ingredients and are produced without artificial additives.
Products and raw materials sourced or produced domestically mean shorter transport routes and a reduced ecological footprint. Furthermore, our commitment to sustainable and ecological practices begins with the breeding and husbandry of the animals. Here, we rely on our long-standing partnerships with regional suppliers. Working with local producers and slaughterhouses ensures short transport routes, which significantly improves animal welfare.
And to further emphasize the ecological and sustainable aspects, we generate some of our own electricity. We use our own photovoltaic system, which produces the electricity for our production. Any additional energy required is 100% green electricity, which we source from regional suppliers.
Climate protection is important to us, and we want to make a further active contribution with this CO2 reduction . We are convinced that quality and sustainability are closely linked and do not describe a stage of development, but rather an ongoing process. Therefore, we work every day to improve our products for your dogs and our own cats.
