Terms and conditions of participation

Information on participation:

• The loyalty card has a maximum validity period of 18 months.
• The customer enters the requested personal data on the back of the loyalty card. When purchasing a bag of dry food within the permitted sizes, the respective retailer confirms the purchase. This is done by entering the date, the purchased product, and a signature/stamp in the designated fields.
• The promotion applies to the packaging sizes for dogs 1.5 kg to 12 kg (dry food and soft food) and cats 1.5 kg to 7 kg (dry food).

Receipt of the free bag:

• The customer is entitled to a free bag once he has purchased MAC's dry or soft food ten times under the aforementioned conditions.
• If the customer switches between range 1, 2 or 3, a free bag from the lowest range purchased by the customer within the loyalty card promotion will be issued.
• If a customer switches between differentmacwithin a range, they will receive the cheapest flavor as a free bag. Conversely, if more than five higher-priced flavors are available, they will also receive those as free bags. 
• The customer must acknowledge receipt of the free bag on the loyalty card.

Eligibility:  

• Natural persons aged 18 and over who reside in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate.

Information for specialist retailers:

• All ten purchases must be tracked according to the table on the loyalty card.
• If a free bag is handed out, the specialist retailer sends the corresponding receipt with the fully completed loyalty card to Pro Pet Koller GmbH or hands it over to the sales representative.
• The free goods issued will be replaced with the next order from the specialist retailer after processing.

Data protection:

• Customer data is not stored, passed on to uninvolved parties or used for advertising purposes.
