Christmas fundraising campaign 2024/2025
The well-being and protection of animals is important to us - that's why we would like to particularly support the work of animal rights activists this year. You put your heart and soul into helping furry paws in need all year round and spare no expense or effort to give them a better life.
We would also like to help and are donating a total of around 40 tons of wet food during the Christmas holidays and at the turn of the year. This is mainly dog food, but sometimes also cat food.
The food donation will be divided between 25 clubs/organizations etc. - approx. 1.6 TONNES PER WINNER!

Conditions of Participation
Duration of the application process:
- Registration by January 5th, 2025 (11:59 p.m.).
Participation:
- The following information is required to participate: email address, first name, last name, street and house number, city.
- Participation is only possible within the above-mentioned period. The form must be filled out by January 5th, 2025 (11:59 p.m.) at the latest in order to take part in the raffle.
- Delivery only within Germany, no desired delivery period possible, appointment via shipping company
- There must be enough space for a truck.
- Euro pallets must be exchanged, otherwise we unfortunately have to charge €13.91 per pallet.
Eligibility:
- Clubs/organizations/private individuals etc. for the purpose of animal protection based in Germany are eligible to participate
Profit:
- Among all participating clubs/organizations etc., 25 will be drawn to receive a food donation (wet dog or cat food) weighing approx. 1.6 tons.
Winner Determination and Notification:
- The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winning clubs/organizations etc.
- An exchange or a cash payment of the winnings are not possible. The winners of the raffle will be informed by email from January 6th, 2025.
Liability:
- Any liability on the part of the organizer for meeting the technical requirements for timely participation in the raffle is excluded.
Data protection:
- To take part in the raffle, you must provide personal data. The participant assures that the personal information, in particular first name, last name and email address, is truthful and correct.
- The participant can revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be made in writing to the organizer's contact details given in the legal notice section at https://www. mac s-tierfutter.com/ . After consent is revoked, the collected and stored personal data of participants will be deleted immediately.
Applicable law:
- Questions or complaints in connection with the raffle should be directed to the organizer. Contact details can be found at: https://www. mac s-tierfutter.com/ . Legal recourse is excluded.
