With a fundraiser at Christmas time, the feed manufacturer Pro Pet Koller was able to donate around 20,000 kilograms of wet food to 16 animal welfare organizations in 2022. In addition, the company delivered around 50,000 meals of animal feed to Ukraine with the “Peace for Ukraine” campaign.
Pro Pet Koller has been supporting animal welfare organizations for years and supports volunteers in their work for the benefit of animals. In addition to numerous donations to animal shelters and foster homes, the company was able to donate over 20,000 kilograms of dog and cat food to 16 animal welfare organizations in Germany with a Christmas fundraiser in 2022. In the run-up, several hundred clubs had applied for the fundraiser via Facebook, from which a lot was drawn afterwards.

In addition to the Christmas campaign and the special edition cans for the Ukraine, Pro Pet also made donations to dogs and cats in need: with the sale of MAC 's charity boxes, customers could not only test the brand's outstanding products, but also do good. For every box sold, two euros went into a donation pot that was donated to the animal protection association “Die Forgotten e. V.” was distributed. A total of 130 dog and cat boxes were sold from December to the end of January. Pro Pet increased the donation amount to 300 euros and also made a donation of food to the association, which has been helping old, traumatized, sick or handicapped animals since 2006.
