In view of the difficult national and global situation due to the Corona pandemic, we would like to briefly inform you about the current status at Pro Pet Koller GmbH & Co KG.
As a feed company, we are allowed to maintain our sales and production facilities and continue to work under changed conditions. We have introduced extensive hygiene and other precautionary measures in order to continue to be available to you and to be able to supply you with our products as usual.
Since last week we have noticed that the demand for pet food and our products has increased significantly.
We work very intensively to ensure and optimize product availability.
Most of our range is available in sufficient quantities and can also be reproduced. However, we cannot yet predict how this will develop in the near future. If anything changes to this situation in the next few weeks, we will of course inform you.
Under these special conditions, we will severely limit participation in campaigns and promotions in order to be able to guarantee better care.
Unfortunately, there are currently capacity bottlenecks in logistics. You have to expect delays in shipping goods. We ask for your understanding here.

In order to prevent a shutdown of our operations, we have divided the workforce into different teams and sent some of them to work from home. However, colleagues can be reached as usual under the usual numbers and channels. They do their best to process your inquiries and orders as quickly as possible. Please understand that some inquiries may be answered with a slight delay.
