Christmas is coming a little earlier this year for rescue dogs and cats – and it's bigger than ever before!
 
The well-being and protection of animals is very important to us – that's why we want to provide special support for the work of animal welfare activists in 2025. You dedicate yourselves wholeheartedly to helping animals in need throughout the year, sparing neither expense nor effort to give them a better life.
We also want to help and are donating a total of approximately 70 tons of wet food for dogs and cats (unfortunately, a free choice between dog and cat food is only possible to a limited extent, but we strive to accommodate individual wishes as best as possible).
 
The food donation will be divided among 40 clubs, organizations, animal shelters or people who are committed to animal welfare – that's about 1.8 TONS PER WINNER!

Terms and conditions of participation

 

Duration of the application process:

  • Registration deadline: October 12, 2025 (11:59 PM).
 

Participation:

  • The following information is required for participation: email address, first name, last name, street and house number, city.
  • Participation is only possible within the aforementioned period. The form must be completed by October 12, 2025 (23:59) at the latest to be eligible for the prize draw.
  • Delivery only within Germany, no preferred delivery time slot is possible, appointment scheduling via the shipping company
  • There must be enough space for a truck.
  • Euro pallets must be exchanged, otherwise we will unfortunately have to charge an additional fee of €9.63 per pallet.
 

Eligibility:  

  • Eligible to participate are associations/organizations/private individuals etc. for the purpose of animal welfare, based in Germany
 

Profit:

  • Among all participating clubs/organizations etc., 40 will be drawn to receive a food donation (wet dog or cat food) weighing approximately 1.8 tons.
  • Delivery is expected at the end of October/beginning of November. 
 

Profit determination and notification:

  • The prize will be awarded exclusively to the winning clubs/organizations etc.
  • No exchange or cash payment of the prize is possible. The winners of the raffle will be notified by email starting October 13, 2025.
 

Liability:

  • The organizer accepts no liability whatsoever for the existence of the technical requirements for timely participation in the raffle.
 

Data protection:

  • Participation in the prize draw requires the provision of personal data. The participant confirms that the personal information provided, in particular first name, last name and email address, is truthful and correct.
  • Participants may revoke their consent at any time. Revocation must be submitted in writing to the organizer's contact details provided in the legal notice at https://www.macs-tiernahrung.com/ .
