(2) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders from consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) via the provider's online shop. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
§ 2 Ordering process and conclusion of contract
(1) The contract is concluded with Pro Pet Koller GmbH (see above).
(2) The products offered in the online shop are a binding contractual offer to conclude a corresponding purchase contract.
The customer can add the desired products to the shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. Before submitting your order declaration, all data is displayed on an order overview. Here the customer can identify and change input errors. By clicking on the “order with payment” button, the customer submits a binding contractual declaration by which he accepts the provider’s offer. The purchase contract is now concluded. Immediately afterwards, the customer receives a confirmation email confirming receipt of the order. (3) The language available for concluding the contract is German.
(4) The contract text is not saved by the provider. However, the customer receives an email with the order details and the terms and conditions. The current terms and conditions can be viewed on the website at any time.
§ 3 Prices, shipping costs and delivery conditions
(1) The prices stated on the website include statutory VAT and other price components.
There are also shipping costs. (2) The shipping costs are €5.95.
From a purchase value of 30 euros, shipping costs are waived for consumers within Germany. The shipping costs to Austria are €14.90, but these do not apply for purchases of €60 or more. (3) Deliveries are only made within Germany and Austria. Delivery takes place via DPD. Delivery to a packing station and self-collection are not possible. The delivery time is between 1 and 4 working days within Germany, within Austria between 5 and 7 working days. Any different delivery times will be stated on the respective product page.
§ 4 Terms of payment
(1) Payment can be made either by PayPal or in advance.
(2) In order to be able to pay with PayPal, the customer must be registered there. This can also mac . If the payment option "PayPal" is selected, the customer will be forwarded to the PayPal website as part of the ordering process. There he has to legitimize himself with his access data and confirm the payment order to the provider. After completing the order, the provider requests PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. This is then automatically carried out by PayPal immediately afterwards. There are further instructions during the ordering process.
§ 5 Retention of title
(1) The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been made.
(2) The following also applies to entrepreneurs: The goods remain the property of the provider until all claims from the current business relationship have been paid in full. The reserved goods may be resold in the ordinary course of business. All claims arising from this resale are assigned to the provider in advance in the amount of the invoice. The provider accepts this assignment. The customer remains authorized to collect the claim. The provider may collect the claims himself if the customer does not meet his payment obligations.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.

§ 7 Warranty, Customer Service, Online Dispute Resolution
(1) The statutory right to liability for defects shall apply.

§ 8 Final Provisions
(1) If the customer is an entrepreneur, German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention.
(2) If the customer is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, Schleiden is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the provider and the customer.
